Website analytics

On our public domain, we use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, including pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser categories, and approximate location. Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. It processes IP address and browser information to count visits, but does not store raw IP addresses. Analytics data is processed in the European Union.

Analytics is excluded from our Vercel preview addresses and local development. We do not send contact-message contents or payment details to Plausible. See https://plausible.io/data-policy for its data handling practices. Analytics history retention depends on the active subscription; we have not established a shorter custom retention period.

Email and external websites

Our business email service is Zoho Mail. If you email us, your address, message, and any attachments are processed to receive and respond to your enquiry. Send only information needed for your question. A fixed mailbox deletion schedule has not yet been established. Links to manufacturer or seller websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
